Client Agreement

Welcome! Here is some information about our process together.

Coaching Structure: An underlying principle of coaching is that you have the answers that are most valuable and relevant to your life. My method will be to ask questions to help you find these answers, and help you focus, learn, prioritize, and motivate yourself to achieve the goals you seek. I will also share with you experience, knowledge and resources that may be of benefit.

Confidentiality: Anything you discuss within our coaching relationship is completely confidential. I will not be telling anyone you are my client and I will not reveal the content of our coaching sessions to anyone.

Scheduling your session(s): I commit to be available at the scheduled time and I ask you to do the same. It’s no problem if you need to change a booking for unavoidable reasons but I kindly ask you to do so with a minimum of  24 hours notice using the session link.

Investment and Refunds: You authorize the company to charge your credit or debit card (through Stripe or PayPal). All one-on-one sessions purchased must be used during the duration of the program and are non refundable. If you fail to attend any booked session no refund will be due.

Intellectual property: Any intellectual property from any digital materials I may provide you with belongs to me and unless I agree otherwise you can only use those materials for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties. For certain programs I may record live group sessions. If you participate in such sessions, you authorise me to use your image and voice in any such recordings (and to make use of such recordings in any way I think fit) without payment, other condition or need for further consent.

The coaching process: We will work together to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential. The coaching process may involve brainstorming, exercises and accountability. Coaching is a two-way interactive process. I encourage you to bring to my attention anything that may not be working for you so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Coaching is very rewarding journey. It is my hope that you’ll look back at this as one of the best decisions of your life.

For legal purposes we need to inform you of the following:

General

I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from my Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions and that my Coach is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional. I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions and subsequently, including my choices and decisions. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.  I understand that all comments and ideas offered by my Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving the defined goals I create with my Coach. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my coach to assist me in achieving such goals and understand that results are not guaranteed.  I understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, my Coach is not promising outcomes included but not limited to profitability and career success. I understand that my Coach will protect my information as strictly confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If my Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires. I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom and other technology. I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge my Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Coach as a result of the advice given by my Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.  I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to agree to this agreement. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all and any previous communication and agreements and shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of dispute the parties will use their very best endeavours to reach an amicable settlement but in any event submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona. This agreement shall bind the heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents of each party.

GDPR / RGPD

In compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 (LOPD) and the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 for the development of the LOPD, we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by Ariane Paraskevopoulos T/A Olympia Coaching, for the purpose(s) of carrying out administrative, accounting and fiscal management.  Data will be preserved for as long as the purpose for which it was obtained and provided that it does not exercise any rights to those who enforce it. It will not be communicated to third parties, except as required by law, nor will any international data transfer be made without your prior consent. Once their data is no longer necessary, it will be removed with the appropriate security measures. You have the right to request access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the limitation and opposition to your treatment by contacting Ariane Paraskevopoulos, (Pl Carme Monturiol 8, 08026, Barcelona) by emailing info@olympiacoaching.com, together with a photocopy of your ID indicating the type of right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of actions prior to the removal of the same. You also have the right to file a complaint to the Controlling Authority (www.agpd.es) if you consider that the processing of personal data does not conform to current regulations. By agreeing to this agreement you give your consent to the processing of data in conformity with the current regulations.

By paying for the program either in partial or in full, you agree to the terms above.
