Self-care = Self-love

A lifestyle that includes under-sleeping, overindulging and overworking inevitably leads to stress, anxiety, tiredness, brain fog or emotional instability. It’s not sustainable, can lead to burnout, and the occasional detox / massage / prescription drug is not going to cut it in the long-haul. So, unless you’re Keith Richards, staying in the game requires looking after yourself.
