FEEL LESS ISOLATED ON TOUR IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS

Feeling isolated or lonely is very common when you tour: you travel (mostly) alone, you’re away from loved ones on a regular basis, and sometimes it feels like you don’t have anyone to share your struggles with. Going from one extreme (playing to huge crowds) to another (feeling alone AF in a foreign hotel room) makes it even more difficult to feel emotionally balanced.

I created a video + worksheet outlining simple steps to help you feel less isolated and more connected - so touring becomes that little bit less challenging, and you don’t find yourself singing ¨All by myseeeelf, don't want to be, all by myself anymoooore¨ in a sad, sad voice.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • What brings about your feelings of loneliness, so you can recognize the triggers

  • An effective mind trick to help you shift to a more empowered perspective

  • Creative ways to feel more connected to others, that you can apply right away

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID ABOUT WORKING WITH ME

Who teaches you the necessary skills to grow professionally and emotionally? Who helps you when you feel blocked, overwhelmed or depressed? Coaching should be part of the solution to those problems. After a period of feeling deeply insecure personal and professionally, being very hard on myself and obsessed with work, I felt the need to get support to help shift my mental state. Ariane gave me the keys so I could proactively make the necessary changes

When I finally implemented the skills I learnt while being coached, I saw a massive improvement to my organisation and consequently my work. This has made me much happier and more motivated, and has lead to a spike in interest for my music and offers of tours
